Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a mistake in the booking date. I am 100% sure i changed to calendar to OCTOBER and selected the 2nd of Octobers to arrival. After i confirm the stay i printed the information and saw the wrong date. The hotel would not work with me.

10 minute drive to Winstar Casino, much better price than the casino hotel. Very convenient.

There were hundreds of grackel birds in the trees. There was feathers and poop everywhere and our car was covered in bird poop. It took 2 trips thru car was to remove it. Hotel posted a sign at checking desk. "Not responsible for birds." Horrible!

Unexpected gem in a small town. Like new room, firm bed, modern design; what a great find!

Pool was filthy! Chose this hotel for it for our grandson, yet didn’t get to enjoy it due to excessive leaves, dirt and bugs in it! No hot tub as depicted. Coffee was horrible. Poor quality on room renovations.

It was very clean and very welcoming!!! The breakfast was 10/10 very delicious.

They were doing lobby renovations and we were not informed of this. Everything was in disarray.

The very friendly concierge who checked us in. She was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us.

Everything was wonderful. I love the location off of I35 and the close proximity to the WinStar Casino.

It?s a very small issue, but the pillows were not comfortable at all.

The hospitality was amazing.

The water did not get hot in my room so I was informed that I would get a voucher for a free stay at any Hampton but I have yet to receive that. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel was great! The price was very very steep compared to most hotels that I book. I wish I could have had a 1:00 PM late checkout time instead of 12:00.

Clean room and friendly front desk lady when we checked in.

Room had a funny smell to it and breakfast was less than mediocre.

I love the location and cleaniliness of the hotel accessibilty was fine really nice easy check in.

I had issue with people on the fourth floor above us making noise all night, walking hard, moving furniture me and my husband couldn't sleep it was awful. i didn't call front desk didn't want the issue escalated

The service was excellent and the cleanliness was great.

The bed was hard and the pool needed to be cleaned a little bit better.

Checked in late Monday night, checked out very early Saturday - room was never cleaned, towels changed, nothing. No communication as to cleaning schedule, what did I have to do to notify staff, etc.

Being located next to Cracker Barrel was nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Elevator was out and was on 3rd floor. I was going to grab a scone but too many critters flying around bin. Grabbed a coffee and split.

The location was great for my activities. Maid service was outstanding.

WiFi was out for 2 nights of my 3-night stay. Had to request maid service, because they only service every 3rd day.

The pet fee was much higher than other hotels. The bed was hard. The sink in the living area did not work. The TV volume faded in and out with every sentence spoken.
